Mission of this role
As a UX/UI Designer at Rentman, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the experience of thousands of professionals globally who rely on our software every day. You’ll design and improve features, interfaces, and workflows that bring clarity and consistency to our complex product. Working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll translate real user needs into intuitive, high-quality design solutions. You’ll take an iterative approach to design by balancing short-term improvements with long-term usability and scalability.
What you'll do
Design and refine product features from early exploration through to launch
Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests, turning insights into actionable design improvements
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers throughout the design lifecycle
Create, use, and evolve interface components in Figma, contributing to a consistent and scalable design system
Document design decisions and help maintain visual and interaction consistency across the product
Support the team with smaller, ad-hoc design requests while maintaining a high standard of quality
Balance fast iteration with scalable thinking, knowing when to refine an existing solution and when to rethink it
Job requirements
What make you a successful UX/UI Designer
5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, ideally on complex digital products
Strong hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools, including working with components and design systems
Comfortable balancing short-term delivery with the long-term evolution of features and workflows
A collaborative and open mindset with confidence in your ideas, and comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback
Solid understanding of designing for SaaS products and complex user flows
Ability to take ownership of your work and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English Bonus points for
Experience designing B2B SaaS products
Familiarity with Storybook or similar tooling
Experience with UX benchmarking, usability metrics, or data-informed design
