Mission of this role

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top tech talent, driving team growth, optimizing hiring processes, and contributing to long-term retention.

In this role, you’ll make a real impact by building strong, proactive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll work closely with our Product, Development, and People Ops teams to identify talent needs, streamline recruitment workflows, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, playing a key role in Rentman’s growth across different regions.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment experience for technical roles, making sure there is a seamless and efficient hiring process from sourcing to offer

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and long-term talent strategies

  • Proactively source and engage top tech talent, using data-driven approaches to build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline

  • Represent the voice of candidates by gathering feedback and sharing insights with People Ops to continuously improve the candidate experience

  • Facilitate structured, effective hiring practices by advising on interview planning, evaluation criteria, and process improvements

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and People Ops teams to align hiring strategies with Rentman’s broader growth goals

Job requirements

What makes a successful Technical Recruiter

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring for technical roles

  • Very good understanding of modern tech stacks and ideally a relevant network within the tech or SaaS talent space

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple open roles, timelines, and candidate journeys with precision

  • A proactive and strategic thinker who takes ownership of hiring needs, and drives continuous improvement

  • Collaborative and cross-functional team player, energized by working closely with Product, Development, and People Ops teams

  • A personality that thrives at Rentman – strong ownership, collaborative spirit, curiosity, and a drive to solve complex problems together
