Therefore we're seeking a Team Lead Digital Marketing who's ready to, together with the team, take full ownership of the performance, strategy, and execution of our digital channels including website, marketing automation, (technical) seo, and paid advertising. This role is your canvas to own the digital distribution part of our demand generation strategy which resonates across continents, particularly in regions where our brand is poised to make a significant entry.

Your impact

As the team lead Digital Marketing at Rentman you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating marketing’s impact by owning the performance, strategy, and execution of all digital channels in our global marketing mix. Together with your team of digital experts, you will be the subject matter expert on the website, paid advertising, marketing automation, and technical SEO. Together with our Branding & Communications team, Product Marketers, and Marketing Intelligence Manager, you will be co-creating our global strategy to enlarge global brand awareness and generate more demand for the Rentman solution. In this role, you will be required to think strategically and still act operationally by owning at least one of the digital channels yourself. You will report to the CMO, and lead a team of 2 FTE (in phase 1), and 4 FTE in (phase 2). Being successful in this role will make you directly influence Rentman’s growth trajectory by growing market presence, revenue and happy customers.

What you’ll do;

  • Digital Strategy; You will be responsible for all digital channels used in Rentman’s marketing mix. You are expected to create a digital strategy that enables us to execute our global marketing strategy and obtain our goals.

  • Campaign Execution: You and your team will be accountable for digital campaign performance. Ensure our campaigns' digital distribution is on budget, on time, and on target.

  • Self-service flow: In our product-led company you and your team are accountable for the technical functionality of digital automation and channels used for marketing purposes in our self-service flow.

  • Innovation and experimentation: Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team enabling them to learn about best practices and test new tools, technologies, and tactics to drive results.

  • Management & Mentorship: Lead a team of 2 FTE by being a people-oriented leader with a hyperfocus on results. Serve as a leader by being a subject matter expert, inspirational leader, and mentor for the digital team.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business or Communications

  • Experience of at least 5-7 years.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital marketing leadership

  • B2B SaaS experience is a must have.

  • Sr. expertise and experience on a variety of digital channels including marketing automation, website and technical SEO.

  • Proven experience on international (specifically North American) market

  • A strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong analytical skills, goal-driven, creative, and agile

  • Expert knowledge on database management, concepts and best practices

  • Fluent English language skills
