Mission of this role

As our Senior People Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping a great employee experience and helping our teams do their best work. You’ll be the trusted partner for leaders across Rentman, supporting them as they grow their teams, navigate challenges, and build a culture where people feel safe, supported, and excited to show up.

You’ll have a real impact on how we scale, how our ways of working evolve, and how we support our people through fast, healthy growth. You’ll work closely with leadership, managers, and the People Ops team to translate business needs into smart people strategies, improve processes, and make sure that everyone at Rentman feels empowered, and set up for success.

What you'll do

  • Partner with MT and our managers across Rentman to translate business goals into people strategies that drive team effectiveness, organizational scalability, and long-term success

  • Coach and enable managers to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and navigate complex team dynamics aligned with our strategic priorities

  • Collaborate with People Ops to evolve our people programs like onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and well-being, ensuring they directly support growth objectives and future-ready talent

  • Use people data and insights to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and shape smart, data-informed people strategies that strengthen organizational health and performance 

  • Build structure, consistency, and scalability into our people processes so they support strategic growth, improve transparency, and enable operational excellence

  • Lead culture and employee-experience initiatives that reinforce our values, improve how we work, and ensure our culture scales effectively with the business

  • Be a go-to advisor and sounding board for MT and our managers, helping create a workplace where everyone is supported, and motivated

  • Collaborate across teams to make sure all people processes support Rentman’s growth ambitions and keep our culture at the heart of what we do

Job requirements

What makes a successful Senior People Business Partner

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with at least a few years as a People Partner, HRBP, or similar strategic position

  • You’ve supported managers and teams in a fast-growing environment, ideally within SaaS or tech

  • You’re confident navigating topics like performance, team dynamics, talent development, engagement, and change management

  • You communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently in English across all levels of the organization

  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of detail or long-term goals

  • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable challenging ideas or assumptions when needed

  • You thrive on collaboration & relationship-building, you are great at connecting people and bringing clarity

  • Your personality matches Rentman: curious, collaborative, problem-solving, and ready to take ownership while having fun along the way

  • Nice to have; worked with Scaling Up methodology
