That's why we are looking for a Senior Copywriter. The Senior Copywriter is a key member of Rentman’s Brand & Communication team, responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy across our various channels to effectively communicate the brand’s mission. Reporting to the Team Lead Brand and Comms, this role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional writing skills to produce high-quality content that resonates with Rentman’s target audience and community.

What you'll do


  • Develop clear, concise, and impactful copy for a range of channels including website, social media paid and organic, and email.

  • Ensure all copy aligns with the Rentman brand guidelines, voice, and tone while maintaining consistency across all communication channels.

  • Translate campaign briefs and objectives into compelling copy that effectively communicates key messages and drives desired actions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, design, and other teams to execute integrated campaigns from concept to completion.

Content creation

  • Contribute to the development of content that supports the Rentman brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.

  • Conduct research to understand trending audience preferences, behaviors, and interests to tailor content and copy accordingly.

Proofreading and editing

  • Review and edit copy for marketing campaigns and launches to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand standards.

Project management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining content quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback throughout the content development process.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Native EN speaker with a bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience (±5 years) working as a copywriter in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a B2B environment

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools (Monday, ClickUp)

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
