Mission of this role

As our fluent Dutch & English speaking Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening our sales presence in the Dutch-speaking Benelux market and some other international markets. You’ll take full ownership of your region, managing inbound leads, identifying strategic companies and approaching them and driving revenue growth through a structured, predictable sales process.

You’ll also contribute to our international sales efforts, working closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Product teams to continuously improve the customer journey and provide valuable insights to inform strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, loves building relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact on Rentman’s growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

New Business Growth

  • Own and manage the Dutch-speaking Benelux market and selected international regions.

  • Convert inbound leads into customers in a PLG environment, ensuring fast, high-quality follow-up.

  • Contribute to achieving Rentman’s 2026 commercial goals, including pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Participate in trade shows, expert sessions, webinars, and other initiatives that drive business growth.

Inbound Excellence

  • Maintain a healthy, predictable, and structured pipeline.

  • Ensure effective qualification and prioritization of inbound leads based on product behavior.

High-Value Accounts (HVAs)

  • Proactively engage with high-value accounts, building dedicated account plans and using a hybrid outreach strategy.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and CX teams to build and maintain a strong HVA pipeline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Success to continuously improve the customer journey.

  • Share market and customer insights to inform product roadmap and regional strategy.

  • Participate in cross-team initiatives to strengthen Rentman’s overall revenue performance.

Job requirements

What makes a successful Sales Representative

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS and an affinity with the AV industry.

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Experience managing full-cycle sales, from SMB to enterprise accounts.

  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining a strategic enterprise approach.

  • Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and pipeline management skills.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across teams.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and ownership mindset aligned with Rentman’s values.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with the MEDDIC framework.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
