At Rentman, we work in English as the common language and we have a very flat hierarchy. We are currently growing so we are looking for a Sales Representative for the German- and English-speaking markets.  

Mission Of This Role:

The mission of our Sales Representative DACH is to drive business growth in the German- and English-speaking markets where Rentman operates. In this role, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and effectively convey the value of our solutions through product demos. This position plays a pivotal role in advancing Rentman’s growth strategy.

What Will You Do:

  • Meet monthly revenue targets by converting inbound leads into successful deals

  • Showcase the value of our solutions through engaging product demos

  • Manage a pipeline to maintain a consistent flow of prospects

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless customer onboarding

  • Adapt sales strategies to align with the specific needs and preferences of the German-speaking markets

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Native German speaker, also fluent in English

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Familiar with fast-paced, transactional sales environments

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the event/media production industry 

  • Knowledge of Product Led Growth

  • Understanding of enterprise sales processes
