To drive this transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and driven French Sales Representative to join our Sales team. As a Sales Representative at Rentman, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in France (and other French regions). You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Qualify and close sales opportunities to achieve your monthly revenue quotas

  • Conduct product demonstrations

  • Manage your pipeline (300–700 touchpoints per month)

  • Convert inbound leads into successful deals.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful onboarding of our customers


What we are looking for:

  • 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a history of exceeding revenue quotas

  • Experience with the full sales cycle

  • Proven success in identifying and addressing client pain points

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Familiar with fast-paced, transactional sales environments

  • Native French speaker and fluent in English

Bonus to Have:

  • Sales training: e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, BANT

  • Analytical skills

  • Experience using HubSpot

  • Experience in the AV industry
