Therefore we're seeking a Paid Media Specialist who's ready to take full ownership of our paid advertising strategies and help us grow internationally with a specific focus on the North American market. This role is your canvas to create impactful strategies that resonate across continents, particularly in regions where our brand is poised to make a significant entry.
As the architect of our paid media strategy, you will be the linchpin in our efforts to scale our marketing operations and dive deep into uncharted markets. With a substantial budget at your disposal, your strategies will directly influence our growth trajectory, focusing on demand generation and driving Rentman's success in the B2B SaaS landscape.
What you’ll do
Craft and execute a dynamic paid media strategy that aligns with our ambitious expansion into North American and European markets. Your playbook will include LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and exploration into CPC on review platforms, setting the stage for Rentman's next growth phase.
With a critical eye on analytics, you'll manage, optimize, and scale our paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and contributing to our overarching goal of building a predictable and scalable marketing machine.
Work closely with the marketing team and external stakeholders to integrate paid media seamlessly into our demand generation strategy, ensuring that every ad, every keyword, and every campaign speaks directly to our target audience's needs and challenges.
Rentman develops smart and powerful resource management and planning SaaS software. Particularly used in the event and production industry. Our headquarter is in Utrecht, The Netherlands, and other offices are in Toronto and Colombo. What we are looking for
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business or Communications
Minimum 5 years of experience in SEA, Paid Social and CPC channels
You have proven experience in handling advertising budgets between 150-300K per year
B2B experience is a hard requirement, B2B Saas is even better!
Proven experience in Paid Advertising (Google Ads, paid social ads, Capterra etc) in the North American market.Fluent English language skills
A strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong analytical skills, goal-driven, creative, and agile
