As Rentman begins to scale and grow, we want to grow internationally with a specific focus on the North American Market. To do this we need to accelerate the impact of our marketing efforts by scaling the International Marketing Team. Our mission is clear: to create a data-driven marketing machine focused on predictable and substantial revenue growth. Therefore we're seeking a Marketing Intelligence Manager who, alongside the CMO, is ready to drive change and lay the foundation for a data-driven marketing strategy.

Your impact

In this senior position your actions will have a direct impact on enhancing Rentmans Marketing processes and data legacy. Along with the CMO you will be leading change management across the company's data infrastructure. Not only are we looking for someone who can create the fundamental data infrastructure on which we can build a data-driven marketing machine. But also someone who can lay the foundation on a database of ICP accounts which enables the commercial team to laser-focus their initiatives.This hire will become a champion in the commercial team and the company on ‘how to become data driven'.

What you’ll do:

  • Build a Data and Tech Infrastructure that enables the full Marketing Team to get insights on attributed revenue impact and cost at activity, channel, and segment level.

  • Create dash-boarding & reporting to drive adoption in the team which enables the Marketing Team to make better informed decisions based on impact and revenue, pipeline and channel performance.

  • Create, maintain, and develop the lead process and technically facilitate the best possible customer journey (together with the Commercial Team).

  • Maintain and develop the technical functionality and integrations of the tech stack of the Marketing Team and educate the rest of the marketing team on adoption.

  • Build a database of ICP accounts which enable the Marketing & Sales teams to laser-focus their efforts into specific segments.

  • Partner with the CMO and the rest of commercial leadership by pro-actively sharing data-driven insights.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • A Master degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data science or comparable

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Science, Engineering or Marketing Ops role

  • Minimum 5 years experience with Database Management and full ownership of the ICP

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company in an Analyst, Intelligence or Operations role

  • A strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong analytical skills, goal-driven, creative, and agile

  • Expert technical knowledge on Database Management, concepts and best practices

  • Ability to understand and code with SQL & Python

  • Someone to be based here in the Netherlands

  • Fluent English language skills required
