Rentman’s marketing team is scaling fast and looking for energetic and ambitious people to help us achieve our upcoming goals. We are now on the hunt for an all-round rockstar Marketing Coordinator to support the team, streamline our daily activities, advance team initiatives, and help us nail our goals - week in, week out.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator has a versatile and dynamic role. You will support the marketing team with a variety of online and offline marketing activities, lead projects, take charge of various operational processes, and jump in on all kinds of tasks. In addition to your involvement in various marketing campaigns and communications, you organize events, webinars and take responsibility for Rentman’s presentation at international trade shows.

You manage the website and have regular contact with the web developer about maintenance, updates and new projects. You will also be the first point of contact for our translators, copywriters, designers and freelancers. As one of our brand ambassadors, you will also ensure the consistent use of Rentman’s brand across different channels and develop promotional materials and merchandise.

This is what your week could look like

What you will do

• Support the marketing team and execute marketing campaigns

• Create and execute (customer) communications

• Craft a variety of content and manage website content

• Be the first point of contact for our freelance translators, copywriters and designers

• Organize trade shows, customer days, webinars and workshops

• Manage brand, ensuring consistency in communication and internal alignment

• Manage and developing marketing material

• Restructure and managing the marketing information environment

• Conduct market research

• Maintain list of relevant media platforms, press contacts and other third parties

• Project-based jobs (e.g. setting up a customer satisfaction survey)

• Internal marketing communications

Do you have what it takes?

No week is the same. Therefore, the Marketing Coordinator has to be willing to adapt to new challenges that spring up every week.

You are a go-getter and a mover - someone who gets things done. You don't settle for half-measures, so you're accurate and rigorous. And of course you are full of energy and enthusiasm. You take initiative and like to roll up your sleeves.

Last but not least, you have an all-round marketing scope, a quick pen and you enjoy working on various marketing activities and can set up and execute your own projects and campaigns. And if you want to make sure we can never do without you, you bring a nice set of graphic design skills along with you.

What you bring

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing and in a B2B environment

• A relevant degree at HBO level

• A passion for marketing and communications

• Solid writing skills

• Graphic design skills are an absolute plus!

• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch

• You are a go-getter, independent, proactive, social and positive
