We want to grow internationally with a specific focus on the North American Market. To do this we need to accelerate the impact of our marketing efforts by scaling the international Marketing Team. Therefore we're seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist who's ready to take full ownership of our marketing automation platforms and strategies. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation workflows and campaigns that captivate our audience and drive business growth while ensuring our campaigns are not just seen but remembered.

Your impact

As the owner of our marketing and automation platform (Hubspot), it’s up to you to execute campaigns, automate workflows, and lead nurturing processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts as you develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, etc.) You’ll be the subject matter and owner of our marketing automation platform (Hubspot). You will drive international email campaigns to increase engagement, adoption, conversion and revenue creation. Overall your strategies will directly influence our growth trajectory and drive Rentman's success in the B2B SaaS landscape.

What you’ll do;

  • Marketing Automation Platform Management; You will be in charge of HubSpot as the team's owner, with duties encompassing daily operations, campaign execution, (technical) optimization, and leading nurturing processes.

  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Improve engagement and lead quality by continuously analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments to campaigns. Refine messaging, content, and targeting strategies using A/B testing methodologies.

  • Lead Management and Nurturing: Develop automated workflows to guide potential customers and customers through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates. Utilize lead scoring and lifecycle management strategies to effectively prioritize and route leads to the sales team.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Technical Support and Training: Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices, tools, and methodologies. Train and coach junior team members and sales teams on using the marketing automation platform effectively.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business or Communications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation/CRM Marketing (ideally Hubspot)

  • B2B SaaS experience is a hard requirement

  • Sr. expertise and experience with e-mail and lifecycle campaigns

  • Proven experience on international (specifically North American) market

  • A strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong analytical skills, goal-driven, creative, and agile

  • Expert knowledge on database management, concepts and best practices

  • HTML,CSS knowledge to create and optimize email templates

  • Fluent English language skills
