We work in English, and our culture is open, inclusive, and flat — built on curiosity, ownership, and the freedom to challenge ideas.

Lunch Chef and Workplace Assistant  – the secret ingredient of Rentman

If cooking is your love language, you’ll fit right in here. At Rentman, we’re looking for someone who enjoys feeding people, making them smile, and bringing good energy into the workplace.

You’ll be the chef and heart behind our daily lunches: chopping, stirring, and seasoning your way to happy bellies and fueled-up teammates. Beyond the kitchen, you’ll sprinkle in some care to keep our office clean, cozy, and well-stocked. You’ll also get to add creativity to our company events and work alongside our Office Operations Manager.

In short: you’ll be the secret ingredient that keeps our team energized, the vibe welcoming, and the office running like a well-fed and well-oiled machine.

What you’ll be cooking up in this role

  • Run the lunch show: from ordering ingredients and prepping, to serving, tidying up, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly

  • Keep the pantry, fridge, and office shelves stocked: from groceries and coffee to office goodies and Rentman merch

  • Make sure our office feels good to work in: clean, organized, and running without a hitch

  • Be the friendly first stop when something small needs fixing

  • Add your creative spark to our monthly events, parties, and get-togethers, side-by-side with our Office Operations Manager

  • You’re sociable, tidy, great at planning, and curious to keep learning

Nice to haves for this role

  • An HACCP certificate

  • A background in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, events)

  • Experience with planning events or social gatherings

What you’ll get

  • An ambitious, inclusive, diverse international team

  • Competitive salary (+8% holiday benefit), based on experience

  • A “13th month” annual bonus based on company results

  • 25 days of paid vacation, plus one extra day off each year up to your 5-year anniversary
