Mission of this role:
The mission of our lifecycle marketer is to orchestrate the entire customer journey, from activation to expansion, ensuring customers experience the product's value at every stage of their journey. From the excitement of a free trial to the satisfaction of becoming a paying customer and beyond, you’ll be at the heart of it all. This position is not just about maintaining customer engagement— you will have a significant role in increasing product adoption, driving retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value for a community of 250,000+ users. What will you do:

  • You’ll simplify the process for new leads to quickly understand the value of Rentman, guiding them to "aha" moments through personalized sequences

  • You’ll develop and refine retention campaigns and educational content to ensure new users fully integrate Rentman’s products into their daily work routine

  • You’ll build and scale automated campaigns to encourage upgrades and cross-selling to high-engaging accounts

  • You’ll analyze customer behavior and data to pinpoint churn risks and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

  • You’ll manage referral programs to boost customer advocacy and expand Rentman’s user community

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 2–3 years of lifecycle marketing / customer success experience in a B2B SaaS company

  • Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken

  • Strong understanding of product-led growth and customer journey mapping

  • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze customer data to inform decision-making

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the event/media production industry

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms

  • Customer success experience

  • Experience with customer onboarding software (Appcues, Intercom, Userpilot, etc.)

  • Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)

If we both agree this is the case, you will meet our Product Marketing & Retention Team Lead. After that you can show us your skills in an assessment. A third interview will follow which will include a discussion of your assessment with the CMO and a culture discussion so you can get a great feel for the culture and values of Rentman.
