As our Knowledge Manager, you are the keeper and central hub of our knowledge library. Your goal is to make sure that our Customers are provided with the right know-how and information to use Rentman. Our software is constantly evolving and therefore, it’s important that our public Support Center and documentation on all the changes are updated regularly. You make sure that our change-logs updates happen right after we release a new feature and you publish articles, providing information about that new release. This way, our customer has all the information they need to use the software to its best. Next to that, you are responsible for improving team knowledge on new releases.
A successful Knowledge Manager has great time management skills and knows how to deliver information. You love to share knowledge and get everyone aligned when new information arises.
You work closely together with the Product team and sit in on the sprint reviews, to know what is coming up, what is needed and why we are developing new features in the software. Based on the release schedule, you create internal training.
You update articles in the Support Center and documentation on changes in the software to new releases, to make sure that the information in the Support Center is valid.
You create content and short training videos that can be used in the Support Center articles to supplement information.
You own the knowledge part of the onboarding program for new colleagues and make sure they know the Rentman software like the back of their hand.
Train customers in understanding and using the Rentman software.
Analyze customer data and their usage patterns, to identify knowledge gaps in the Support Center and software.

What we are looking for
Native-level English language skills
Strong communication skills, spoken but especially written
You have experience with writing articles or creating training material
You have experience with teaching or training
Strong project management skills: you are a problem solver and you can organize your work effectively
You can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
