IT Customer Support Specialist | Italian market

Job description

We look for an IT Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our Italian and English speaking customers. You help customers with complex and technical questions. Working from the city center of Utrecht, you represent Rentman to our customers, and make sure the user is heard by the rest of the company. You will be part of a young, international team and you will work together closely with your sales colleague.

What will you do

  • You help event companies, our customers, and answer their questions on the Rentman software via phone, email and Zoom

  • Support new customers with their onboarding process

  • Work on improving our customer support and workflows

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Native-level Italian language skills and very good English language skills

  • Up to 1 year experience working with customers

  • HBO level of thinking

  • It would be amazing if you also speak Spanish

  • Zendesk certification, project management skills or experience in the AV rental or event industry is a plus
