Rentman is a B2B SaaS scaleup building a smart, powerful operations management platform to support event and media production teams. Mission of this role

At Rentman, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can leverage our existing demand to drive predictable, scalable pipeline growth. You’ll own two of our most powerful growth levers, our website and email marketing, and make them more effective at converting, activating, and nurturing leads.

This isn’t about just driving more traffic or spending more. Your mission is to maximize efficiency and impact: improving conversion rates, accelerating free-trial sign-ups, and lowering cost per lead through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Simply put: you’ll make our website and email core strategic touchpoints that drive real, measurable growth.

What you’ll do

Own and optimize our website as a growth engine

  • Take full ownership of Rentman’s website and turn it into a true growth engine, guiding visitors from first click to trial

  • Continuously tweak and improve website conversion through smart CRO experiments on navigation, messaging, layouts, and CTAs

  • Run structured A/B tests to boost website-to-lead conversion, landing page performance, and demo or free trial sign-ups

  • Own the SEO strategy, from technical SEO and on-page optimization to working closely with Content on high-impact pages

  • Partner with Product Marketing on new pages, feature launches, and website improvements that make Rentman shine

Lead email marketing that converts

  • Build and own email nurture sequences for key commercial flows (trade shows, content downloads, lost leads, etc.)

  • Experiment with emails to lift open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Drive growth through experimentation and insights

  • Own the experimentation framework for website and email: track what works and what doesn’t

  • Analyze performance, maintain dashboards, and keep conversion tracking accurate

  • Turn data and experiments into clear, actionable recommendations that help the commercial and growth teams make smarter decisions

Job requirements

What makes you successful as a Growth Marketer

  • You’ve owned and optimized high-traffic websites, with measurable results improving website-to-lead conversion, landing page performance, and demo or free trial sign-ups

  • You’re experienced in CRO and experimentation, running A/B tests end-to-end (from hypothesis to rollout)

  • You have a solid understanding of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword intent, and experience collaborating with Content teams

  • You’ve built and fine-tuned lead nurture email flows and know how to get people to open, click, and convert

  • You love data and are comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Hubsport, or similar), dashboards, and tracking conversions to turn insights into action

  • You enjoy taking ownership and experimenting, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing SaaS environment

  • You’re curious, analytical, and proactive, always asking, “How can we do this better?”
