We're on a mission to drive our company's growth. As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you play an important role in achieving this mission, by re-engaging with lost leads and guide potential leads through our marketing funnel to become qualified leads. You do this through lead nurturing campaigns. 

As Marketing Campaign Specialist, you develop automated lead nurturing flows, email marketing campaigns, social media posts and other outreach campaigns. Your goal is to lead prospects through the funnel into sales accepted leads, and ultimately into new customers! 

What you will do

  • Build and maintain audience segments for lead generation and nurturing
  • Clean up the contact database based on insights and GDPR data storage guidelines
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation flows for effective lead conversion in HubSpot
  • Launch customer-centric campaigns to re-engage with prospects, leads, and churned customers
  • Develop and experiment with propositions, messaging, and campaigns tailored to specific regions and target markets
  • Optimize landing pages and marketing touchpoints throughout the buyer journey
  • Oversee and report on the performance of lead generation and nurturing activities

What does your team look like?

The team is amazing! Lead by our Head of Marketing, who works on the long term strategy to grow Rentman even more. Ricardo and Reggie facilitate our product’s journey to the market, while Masha and Rares are working on engaging content. Rebecca knows all about measuring marketing performance and data analysis and Chloe works her magic on tradeshows, translations and marketing support. All of them are hustling hard while at work, while there is always room for fun and some laughter going on!

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing or Communications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing automation

  • Proven successful in B2B lead generation and nurturing; experience with Hubspot is a plus

  • Proven ability to understand target audiences and create high-impact marketing content and campaigns

  • Fluent English language skills; and fluent language skills in Dutch or German is a plus

  • Goal driven, creative and strong communnication skills
