We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who gets excited about campaigns that move the needle and bring in leads. You will be the driving force within the Marketing department and will work closely with all marketing disciplines, the sales team and our network of freelancers.

You don't hesitate to take last-minute action to reach your goal. You know the secrets of A/B testing and good lead nurturing practices. You love experimenting with new ideas and propositions to see where opportunities lie.

The Digital Marketing Specialist owns our lead generation channels and has the primary goal of generating leads for our brand and products. This role is responsible for ensuring a steady pipeline of inbound Marketing and Sales leads. You will do this by creating customer-centric campaigns that speak to our target audiences and drive them to action. Experimenting, optimizing and communicating. Until you find what works. As a Digital Marketing Specialist you master leadgen channels such as paid media, email marketing, (virtual) events, landing pages and social media. Terms like MQL, SQL, retargeting, CRO, referrals, PPC, CTA and conversion are no mystery to you. You know the steps to take if a channel or campaign is not performing optimally and what to focus on to boost leads for a specific market or region.

What are you going to do

  • Managing and overseeing the performance of our leadgen channels ensuring a steady inbound lead flow each month

  • Developing and implementing leadgen strategies targeted to specific industries and/or regions that contribute to the Marketing goals

  • Developing and executing global campaigns across digital platforms that drive traffic to our website and increase conversions

  • Implementing marketing automation flows to nurture prospects to qualitative leads for sales

  • A/B testing and optimizing landing pages and marketing touch points throughout the buyer journey (CRO)

  • Collaborating with account managers and translators to launch localization/geo-targeted campaigns

  • Creating marketing and sales enablement materials

  • Measuring, analyzing and optimizing the performance of channels and campaigns

  • Aligning leadgen initiatives with the Marketing and Sales team

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, is hands on, willing to learn and brings great energy to the team.


  • 2-3 years of working experience in online marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • A track record in B2B lead generation (preferably in SaaS)

  • Proven ability to create high-impact marketing content and campaigns and sound experience managing CPC channels and budgets

  • Deep, up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing and proficiency in marketing automation (experience with Hubspot is a plus)

  • Native-level English, written and spoken proficiency (combined with Dutch or German is a plus)
