Data Framework Engineer

As Data Framework Engineer, your goal is to build and maintain a data platform where we can access all events that occur during the lifetime of a lead or customer. This framework helps us to fully understand them and their behaviour. You make sure there is a system that maintains a profile for every lead or user, saying which marketing channel they come from, what sales actions are already done, all sent out communication and product data. 

What you will do

• Manage the collection, storage, organization, mining, optimization and retrieval of data across various internal tools and platforms
• Make sure our internal tools sing in harmony through system integrations and efficiency optimizations
• Create and maintain data dashboards for internal teams, providing real-time insight to KPI's. Expect to deep dive into data from diverse tools and optimize ETL pipelines
• Write custom Python scripts that connect tools 

You'll be part of our Product team and report to the Head of Product. For complex tasks, our internal development team will be there to guide you.

About you

• Proficient in a programming language like Python, PHP or similar

• Experience with creating dashboards

• Fluent language skills in English

• Understanding of databases

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bonus points if you have knowledge of data statistics (predictability and probability) and data analytics
