As our Data Integration and Automation Engineer your mission if threefold:

  • Supercharge our performance framework: help us transform our existing KPIs into an automated, visual, data-driven powerhouse. Expect to deep dive into data from diverse tools and optimize ETL pipelines, all while working with the likes of Google BigQuery and Tableau.

  • Unleash the power of our internal tools: we use an impressive suite of SaaS tools, like Hubspot, Zendesk, Mixpanel and more. Your job? Make them sing in harmony through system integrations and efficiency optimizations.

  • Lead the AI revolution: we’re excited about the potential of LLMs and are keen to automate more of our workflows. With your help, we’ll use AI to tag support tickets, summarize calls, fill our CRM and more.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimize data across various internal tools and platforms using Segment.com and Google BigQuery

  • Create and maintain data dashboards for real-time insights into KPIs using Tableau

  • Drive the integration of our internal tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of AI developments and help us select the best tools for automation.


You’ll be part of our Operations team, working on projects for different internal teams. Expect to partner with the marketing team for marketing data visualizations or the RevOPS manager for revenue optimizations. And don’t worry - for complex tasks, our internal development team will be there to guide you.

Job requirements

About you

  • Proficient in a programming language like Python, PHP or similar

  • Experience in creating dashboards and generating management reports on Tableau

  • Fluent language skills in English

  • Understanding of databases

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of data statistics (predictability and probability) and data analytics
