Mission of this role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for helping our English- and Dutch-speaking customers get the best out of Rentman.

In this role, you’ll make a real impact by ensuring Dutch-speaking customers receive fast, high-quality support—especially during peak times. You’ll be part of a customer-driven team, reducing wait times, improving the overall experience, and gathering feedback to help shape our product. With your clear communication and problem-solving skills, you’ll boost customer satisfaction and play a key role in Rentman’s growth in Dutch-speaking markets.

What you'll do

  • Support customers across multiple channels (tickets, chats, and calls) in both English and Dutch, ensuring quick responses and maximum availability

  • Guide new customers through onboarding, making sure they have a smooth and successful start with Rentman

  • Gather and share product feedback from Dutch-speaking customers to help improve our platform and overall user experience

  • Take part in internal projects, sharing knowledge and collaborating with the team to grow, learn, and contribute to company success

  • Lead customer training sessions, helping users get the most out of our product with clear, effective guidance

Job requirements

What makes a successful Customer Support Specialist 

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or other customer-facing roles

  • Fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English to connect with a diverse customer base

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, always keeping satisfaction front and center

  • A personality that thrives at Rentman: ownership-driven, collaborative, curious, and motivated by solving complex problems—together
