As Customer Success Manager you focus on improving the relationship with our English and Spanish speaking customers worldwide. You help our customers to get the best out of the software, you ensure customer engagement and satisfaction, and you look for upselling opportunities.

The Customer Success team is one of our newest teams. There is a lot to be done and room for your input on processes and workflows. We look for people that are passionate about customer relationships, data driven and good at breaking down problems into actionable steps. You'll be part of our already awesome team working from our HQ in Utrecht and work together with our customer-facing team in Toronto.

What you are going to do

  • You'll be focussing on our customers in the UK, Scandinavia and Oceania
  • Temporary support for our customers in Spain and Latin America
  • Give our customers a smooth journey from the onboarding to the expansion

  • Focus on customer retention

  • Get customers to migrate to our new licence 

  • Coach customers with the implementation of new features to get the best value out of using Rentman software

  • Proactively reach out to your high-value customers and develop strong relationships with them

  • Work on customer success plans, product adoption, and improvement suggestions. Customer feedback is what makes our product even better!

  • Looking for opportunities to upsell our services

  • Give new product trainings

Job requirements

What we are looking for

Because of the time difference with our customers in Oceania, we are looking for someone who is able to work between 07:30 and 16:00 for at least two days a week.

  • Native-level Spanish and professional level of English communication skills

  • 1 - 3 years experience in customer success, account management and/or a fast-paced or changing work environment

  • An eye for detail: you notice small but important things 

  • A collaborative and resourceful approach with a “can do” attitude

  • You love customers and know how to maintain and improve relationships

Do you have any SaaS or IT experience? That's a big plus!
