At Rentman, we work in English as the common language and we have a very flat hierarchy. We are currently growing so we are looking for a Head of Sales!


Mission Of This Role:

The mission of our Head of Sales is to lead and train a high-velocity sales team. This position is not just about sales targets — you will have a significant role in operational management and strategic development. We’ve recently hit €10m ARR with growth at 40% YoY. We’re a global organisation with thousands of clients around the world and a product led growth mindset.

You will lead 10 FTE within the Sales team. 8 are based in the Netherlands and 2 in North America. We have ambition to continue to grow our sales team further.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the development of a highly efficient sales team

  • Assist the leadership team in strategic development and operational excellence

  • Drive increases in self-activated revenue by reducing the touchpoints to convert clients

  • Lead the sales team in moving toward a sales-led motion on top of Product Led Growth

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and 2 years of leadership experience

  • Experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) company or high-velocity SMB

  • Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken

  • Organised, analytical and goal-oriented

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the event/media production industry is a big plus

  • Experience and knowledge of expanding in US the market
