Mission of this role

As a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative, your mission is to drive business growth across both Dutch- and English-speaking markets where Rentman operates. In this role, you’ll actively seek out new sales opportunities, foster strong relationships with clients, and effectively showcase the value of our solutions through engaging product demos. Your efforts will be crucial in driving Rentman’s growth strategy forward, making you a key player in our expansion.

What you’ll do

• Meet monthly revenue targets by converting inbound leads into successful deals and driving consistent sales growth

• Showcase the value of our solutions through engaging and impactful product demos that resonate with clients

• Manage a pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects, keeping things organized and on track

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and smooth transitions throughout the sales process

• Adapt sales strategies to meet the unique needs of both Dutch- and English-speaking markets, tailoring your approach to drive success

What makes a successful Sales Representative

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar sales roles—you know how to navigate the sales cycle and close deals effectively

• Fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English—you can confidently connect with clients in both languages, building lasting relationships

• Excellent time management skills—you’re great at prioritizing, staying organized, and managing your pipeline in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about driving business growth—you’re motivated by targets and always strive to exceed expectations while delivering value

• A personality that thrives at Rentman: ownership-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by turning challenges into opportunities—together

Bonus points for

• Background in event or media production—you understand the industry's challenges and can speak your clients' language

• Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG)—you know how self-serve models drive adoption and influence sales
