We are currently looking for a Sales Representative for the North America market. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth in the NA region which is a core focus area for Rentman. You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.

What will you do:

  • Qualify and Close Sales: achieve monthly revenue quotas by converting inbound leads into successful deals.

  • Product Demonstrations: showcase the value of our solutions through engaging product demos.

  • Pipeline Management: handle 700-2000 touchpoints per month, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.

  • Collaboration: work closely with internal departments to ensure successful customer onboarding.

  • Market Adaptation: tailor sales strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of the NA market.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience within B2B SaaS 

  • Proven success in identifying and addressing client pain points

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Written and spoken fluency in English

  • Fluency in Spanish or French

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the event/media production industry is a big plus

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Experience selling complex software products

We can not provide you with a work permit for Canada so we are looking for someone who already lives in Toronto and is authorised to work there.
