We are hiring a Content & SEO Manager to inform our content strategy, increase brand engagement, and drive demand for Rentman and its products on a global scale.
With the content marketing team, you spearhead, develop, and execute multi channel content strategies that boost inbound traffic, grow brand awareness, and maximize conversion. You also implement and analyze SEO campaigns that push our website’s organic traffic to the very top! Based on careful research and analysis, you develop ICPs and buyer personas that help your team create compelling content marketing experiences that resonate with our target audience throughout their journey at Rentman.
The Content & SEO Manager is responsible for developing new multichannel content strategies, optimizing existing content across Rentman’s social channels, and implementing a robust SEO strategy. Together with your content team you track content KPIs to gauge performance, identify best practices, and drive data-driven and goal-oriented content strategies.
Your day-to-day activities will vary, but a day as a Content & SEO Manager at Rentman could look like this:
Your main missions
Prepare content marketing guidelines that provide direction to the content team
Develop, execute and manage cross-platform content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term business targets (e.g. traffic, leads, engagement, thought leadership, loyalty and brand awareness).
Manage and streamline content distribution on all relevant online channels to increase traffic.
Create, edit, proofread and distribute a diverse array of marketing content (e.g. white papers, case studies, testimonials, newsletters, blog posts, social media copy).
Plan, develop and implement a robust SEO strategy to generate leads, optimize organic search, and maximize ROI.
Develop region/industry-specific buyer personas/ICPs and monitor engagement metrics to assess the impact of content campaigns along the customer journey.
Analyze content marketing data to identify trends, anticipate customer needs and generate new ideas that drive engagement.
Perform content audits and gap analyses to identify content opportunities and capitalize on them.
Identify and monitor key SEO and content KPIs to improve performances and report on performance and ROI.

You are familiar with content management systems and eagerly explore new opportunities to attract target audiences and grow our brand further. What you bring
5+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years of experience in content marketing
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
Proven experience in a content manager role in a similar work environment (SaaS, B2B)
Excellent writing skills with flawless spelling, grammar, and syntax. Your pen is your best ally!
You are a native English speaker or you have extensive experience publishing public-facing content in English
Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and good knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, HTML, social media platforms, SEM and other relevant tools
Good organizational, analytical and time management skills
