At Rentman, we work in English as the common language and we have a very flat hierarchy. We are currently growing so we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team.

Mission Of This Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager responsible for owning a value stream for the Rentman software.

Your primary goal is to develop and implement a strategic product vision of one of our products that aligns with our long-term goals. You will gain a deep understanding of our target and potential customers, the market landscape, and the Rentman product’s capabilities to ensure that the team focuses on the most impactful projects (strategy & vision).

As a Senior Product Manager at Rentman you will have autonomy and freedom, but also the responsibility to decide the next cool feature to add to your product (roadmap). By talking to our users, along with other sources of information, you will be able to make the best bets and minimize risk (discovery).

We are looking for organized people that love to work in teams, are tech savvy, data minded and can break down problems into actionable steps. You should be able to balance your focus between now (sprint), next (backlog) and later (roadmap).

You will join our ‘Financial results’ team, which is responsible for the financial product of our platform. Your goal is to help our customers improve their financial results, with products and features that improve their sales, quoting, costs, invoice, and reporting processes. We aim high and want to revolutionize the way of doing businesses in the event & media production sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • In close collaboration with the Head of Product, you will own the product roadmap, vision and delivery of one of Rentman’s software products or modules.
  • Envision a long term horizon for your product driven by intuition, expertise, and experience, supported by data.

  • Translate the product goals to an actionable roadmap, by understanding the needs of the customer through discovery, data analysis, and market research

  • Work with launching customers and conduct user tests to understand what needs to be done to drive the adoption of the product and its features

  • Manage the understanding and visibility of the roadmap to the development team and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to validate that solutions are both usable and feasible, and manage risks throughout the execution and product launch phases

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth go to market releases

  • Foster a cooperative environment to maximize the collective impact of the team

  • Share knowledge, best practices and mentor the Product team to help everyone level up in terms of product craft and delivery

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • At least 5 years working experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS software company, preferably in a scaleup environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in maximizing value for the end user aligned with company and product goals

  • Demonstrated experience in finding product-market fit in various stages of the product life cycle

  • Understanding concepts of Product Led Growth, Continuous Discovery, Triple Diamond

  • Experience with software product development methodologies (like Scrum)

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively multi-task with attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the event/media production industry is a big plus
  • Experience mentoring other product managers/owners or having experience in leading a team
